About Us

Rumiverse Studio is a creative space dedicated to original fantasy worlds.

It is home to ongoing projects ranging from novels to tabletop role-playing games, all built around deep worldbuilding and long-form storytelling.

Each project is developed with the same goal: to create worlds that feel alive, consistent, and worth exploring. Through stories, games, or future formats.

This site is the central place to follow current work and upcoming releases.

About The Creator

My name is Rumi Waldman, the creator behind Rumiverse Studio. I am a writer and worldbuilder who has been telling fantasy stories in one form or another for more than a decade.

I see storytelling as inseparable from being human. They are present wherever people gather to share experience, memory, and meaning. Through fantasy, I use imagined worlds as a way to explore human nature itself, allowing stories to reflect, question, and reveal the people in them.

Featured Projects

Novel

A Beautiful Nightmare

This story is about what remains of a person when fear, trauma, and desire are given form.

A police investigator enters a living nightmare—one shaped by memory, violence, and longing—where monsters are born from the human mind and survival often means surrendering something essential.

A Beautiful Nightmare asks a quiet, dangerous question: how much of yourself can you lose before you stop being human?

Game

Veild Ascention

This system was born from my interest in how people define themselves when memory, certainty, and labels are taken away.
Players begin without knowing who they are, uncovering their identity through a world that seems to remember them better than they remember themselves.
Every discovery is both progress and a risk.

Novel

Silver Blade

This is a world I’ve carried with me since childhood, shaped by myths, history, and the human need for order.
Set in a Persian-inspired Bronze Age empire, the story explores gods, magic, and empire through the lives bound by them.
It asks what makes a god a god—and whether fate is justice or merely the will of the powerful.
